Metal roof rehabilitation involves cleaning the metal, appropriate primer(s) applied, then fasteners and seams are detailed. After this a series of coatings (depending on specified system) are applied to the prepared surface. Coating options include Acrylic, Silicone and Polyurea/Polyurethane systems depending on budget, chemical resistance requirements and other factors.
